For all periods other than the Christmas/New Years
period, a down payment equivalent to the first
night is due upon booking your reservation and
the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival,
with a security deposit, by way of imprinted Visa
or Mastercard, required upon arrival (see terms
below).

For the Christmas/New Years period, the first
2 nights are required as a down payment upon booking
the reservation, with the balance due 90 days
prior to arrival.

Payments can be made by
Visa, Mastercard or Wire Transfer. If
you wish to pay by way of corporate cheque, bank
draft or money order, you must first obtain our
consent and instructions for this method of payment,
including mandatory courier service.

Price is subject to change without notice (prior
to booking).

Parking: 2 car maximum for all properties unless
otherwise specified (1 car for Taluswood #35,
Village Suite and Village Penthouse)Note: Most
underground parking limited to 6'10'' clearance.

The maximum number of guests varies from property
to property.

No
smoking is permitted inside any property.

Sorry, no pets under any circumstances.

Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 10am.

In
case of fire, sale or such similar event, Whistler
Resort Homes Ltd. reserves the right to substitute
another property for the one which has been booked
with every attempt made to provide a property
or properties of similar or better quality.

Liability: The booking guest and all members
of the said guest's party (the "Guests")
agree to conform to all notices, rules and instructions
in and about the home. Guests are responsible
for their own conduct and that of any invitees.
Whistler Resort Homes Ltd. ("WRH") reserves
the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or
interrupt occupancy in the event of any non-fulfillment
or breach of rental conditions. Neither the home
owner nor WRH shall be held liable for any losses,
claims, damages, costs or expenses arising out
of any theft, accident, injury, death, damage,
delay, inconvenience or distress, whether or not
arising by the negligence of the property owner
or WRH, and the Guests hereby waive any and all
such liability.
A confirmed reservation by e-mail constitutes
notice to Guests of these exclusionary terms and
unless Guests cancel within 24 hours of an emailed
confirmation, they are deemed to have read and
agreed to the foregoing. The Guest booking this
accommodation is responsible for making all members
of the party aware of these terms, failing which
the said Guest will be held liable to and shall
save harmless and indemnify the property owner
and WRH, from any losses, claims, damages, costs
or expenses arising as a result thereof.

Cancellations Cancellations within 24 hours
of a reservation confirmed via email are entitled
to a full refund. Thereafter, cancellation will
result in forfeiture of all monies paid unless
a replacement booking can be made for the same
period and terms; cancelling Guests are liable
for a $50.00 service charge and any shortfall
arising from a replacement booking including out
of pocket credit card merchant fees on any portion
refunded. In case of fire, sale or similar such
event, WRH reserves the right to substitute another
property for the one which has been booked with
every attempt made to provide a property or properties
of similar or better quality.
If an act of terrorism or the bankruptcy of the
booking Guest's airline results in border closure
or the cancellation or unreasonable delay of the
booking Guest's flight, such that 30% or more
of the nights booked cannot be used, then we will
provide a full refund, less a $50.CAD administration
fee and the credit card merchant fees applicable
to the original booking. If either event results
in the delayed arrival of the booking Guest, we
will provide a partial refund of any unused nights.
(Note: In the event of a refund in whole or in
part, we cannot be held accountable for any difference
in the international monetary exchange or transfer
rates between the date of the original booking
and the date of the refund.)

to Guests of these terms and unless Guests cancel
within 24 hours as aforesaid, they are deemed
to have read and agreed to the foregoing and to
have irrevocably authorized WRH and Visa or Mastercard
accordingly.
If you have any concerns that you may have to cancel your trip for any
reason, we strongly recommend you visit http://www.insuremytrip.com , or for
Canadian residents, http://www.insuremytrip.ca, and consider purchasing an
appropriate travel insurance policy.

Security Deposit: A security deposit by
way of an imprinted valid Mastercard or Visa,
pre-authorized for up to $3,000.CAD, is required
upon Guest arrival and shall be voided shortly
after Guest departure provided there are no charges
arising from damage, missing inventory, excessive
cleaning, or municipal or strata bylaw complaints
due to excessive noise. Guests are liable for
fines of up to $500.00 due to complaints of excessive
noise. This confirmation letter constitutes notice
to Guests of these terms and unless Guests cancel
within 24 hours as aforesaid, they are deemed
to have read and agreed to the foregoing and to
have irrevocably authorized WRH and Visa or Mastercard
accordingly. Nothing herein limits the Guest’s
liability to the amount of the security deposit.
Respect for the property and for the neighbours
is greatly appreciated.
